He is survived by: his wife Helen Martin (Kuhtic); his children, Michelle Van Buren (Brad) and Michael Martin Jr.; his granddaughters, Sydney Marie and Mackenzi Bailee Van Buren; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Lass, Judy Anderson (Robert), Joseph Kuhtic (Valerie), Denise Wisniewski (Robert), Marilyn Wilcox (Tom) and Cheryl Kuhtic; and his close friend Homister.
