With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Truax (Delton, Michigan), who passed away on May 18, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Truax and Elaine Truax; and his grandson Christopher. He is survived by: his wife Deb Smith Truax; his daughters, Misty Leinaar (Troy) and Sarah Simmons (Dan); his grandchildren, Zach Leinaar (Joslyn), Noah Leinaar (Sammy), Madison Lenard (Donald), Anna Conrad (Hunter) and Cooper; his great grandchild Banks; his sister Kris Smith; his brother-in-law Tim Lozen; and his caregivers, Liz and Jenna.
