She is survived by: her husband Doyle Chadwell Jr.; her daughter Danielle Brotherton Gribble of Loudon; her grandsons, Payne Bennett, Peyton Bennett and Payce Bennett; her son Richard Lee Brotherton of Loudon; her granddaughters, Alyssa Williams and Hailey Brotherton; her sisters, Ann Russell Tilley of Athens and Betty Sue Russell Meddings of Sweetwater, Tennessee.; her sisters-in-law, Sandy Chadwell, Donna Hendrickson, Brenda Nickel and Wanda Emmons; and her nieces, Paula Tilley Travis and Lisa Henke.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
