He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Junious Keeling and Thelma Harris Keeling; his grandparents, James, Lillie Keeling (Penn), Thaddeus and Betty Lou Hale Harris; his half-brother James Robert Anderson; his nephew Tyrone Eugene Keeling Jr.; and his great-nephew Thounsa L. Addison.
He is survived by: his brother Tyrone Eugene Keeling (Phillis) of Bridgeport, Connecticut; his sibling's children, Jean Keeling Langhorne (Ray) of Norwalk, Stephanie Keeling, Celena Keeling of Bridgeport, Connecticut and Marcus Gaffney of Bridgeport, Connecticut; and his cousins, Judith Keeling Byrd of South Carolina and James Beverly Keeling of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; two great-great nieces and two great-great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home & Crematory (1002 Moorman Ave NW, Roanoke, VA 24016). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Williams Memorial Park (943 Westside Blvd NW, Roanoke, VA 24017).
