He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Zobel; his parents, LaFerne Zobel and Francis "Frank" Zobel; and his brother John "Jack" Zobel. He is survived by: his daughter Anne Zobel; his nieces and nephews, Peter Zobel (Gretchen) and Claire Harig (Fred); and his grandchildren, Alix, Adrienne, Fiona and Edith.
