He was predeceased by: his wife Leslie Anne Fletcher (Clyne); and his siblings, Rosetta Kelly and Dennis Fletcher. He is survived by: his children, Frank, Carrie Fletcher, Leigh Anne Fletcher, Stephen and Jennifer Fletcher; his siblings, David, Linda Fletcher, Tom Fletcher, Mary Anne and John Huff; and his granddaughter Logan Feys.
