It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Szelc of Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 14, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Richard Louis Szelc; her siblings, Michaeline Drenzek (Joseph), Edward Skolarus (Wanda) and Stanley Skolarus (Julie); and her parents, Mary Skolarus and Frank Skolarus.

She is survived by : her brother Frank Skolarus (Judy); her children, Richard Szelc (Rebecca), Dr. Cynthia Kelly (Robert) and Jerome Szelc (Linda); and her grandchildren, Camille Szelc, Peter Kelly (Margaret), Kathleen Kelly, Mark Kelly, Jessica Szelc and Matthew Szelc.
