She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Louis Szelc; her siblings, Michaeline Drenzek (Joseph), Edward Skolarus (Wanda) and Stanley Skolarus (Julie); and her parents, Mary Skolarus and Frank Skolarus.
She is survived by: her brother Frank Skolarus (Judy); her children, Richard Szelc (Rebecca), Dr. Cynthia Kelly (Robert) and Jerome Szelc (Linda); and her grandchildren, Camille Szelc, Peter Kelly (Margaret), Kathleen Kelly, Mark Kelly, Jessica Szelc and Matthew Szelc.
