He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lonnie and Annie Jean Guinn (Hicks). He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia "Queenie", David and Melony (Edward); his children, Tamika, James Jr. (Tasha), Sheree (Nathan), Julius and Jaylin; his grandchildren, Toni, Anthony "Trey", Asia, Andrew, Christian, Christina, James III, Zoë, Annah, Niyah, Jeremiah, Jamari, Ryley of Haley, AJ and Ayden; and his nephew Edward II. He is also survived by cousins, extended family and friends.
