She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Mazurek and Maria Mazurek (Pisarczyk); and her brother Edward Mazurek (Tammy). She is survived by: her children, Neale Jacobs, Daniel Capozello (Nicole), Anthony Capozello (Hope) and Amber Capozello (Andrew Grant); her grandchildren, Katie, Austin and Colleen; and her siblings, Anne Gardner (Bob), Michael Mazurek (Denise), Christine Czaiczynski (Michael), Richard Mazurek and Barbara Atleski (Michael). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a cause close to Jane's heart.
