It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Patrick Jacobs formerly of Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Christine (Neil); his granddaughter Frances; his siblings, James (Joyce) and Joann (Charles); his siblings' children, David (Laura), Brian (Angie), Paul (Amy), Carolyn (Joseph) and Leslie; and his sister-in-law Christine (Allan).

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can made to the Capuchins at St Bonaventure Monastery in Detroit, Doctors Without Borders or Forgotten Harvest.
