She is survived by: her husband Lionel Sylvas of Louisville, KY; her children, Antoine Sylvas of Covington, KY and Angela Sylvas of Louisville, KY; her stepdaughter Carla Sylvas of Lewisville, TX; and her sisters, Harlene Hartwell and Cynthia Bowling of California.
