With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathryn Backos (Detroit, Michigan), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Carlos and Helen Carlos; and her husband Donald. She is survived by: her sons, Sanford Backos (Jill) and Brian Backos (Cathy); and her great grandchildren, Scott, Sanford, Kathryn, Oliver, Eloise, Eftihia, Illiana, Navya, Athina and Marina. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
