It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Lee Roberts in Detroit, Michigan, born in Hastings, Michigan, who passed away on May 17, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Larry shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Larry farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Roberts (Martin); and his parents, Elwin and Eva. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Pechersky (David); his grandchildren, Sasha and Theo Pechersky; his siblings, Eileen Plescher and Kenneth Roberts; his friend Belle Isle; and his granddaughters, Hazel and Vivian.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial contributions be made to the "Betty Roberts' Scholarship for the Arts", checks made to: Indian Village Women Garden Club and mailed to 2990 Seminole Street, Detroit, MI 48214.
