She was predeceased by: her parents, Eathey Howell and Charles Howell; her husband Aubrey; her siblings, Charles, Marcus, Rosie (Clarence) and Mamie (Grady); her children, Gertrude, Saundra (Thomas), Rochelle and Raymond; and her grandchildren, Tracey, Kevin, Labaron and Edward.

She is survived by: her children, George, Jr. and Brenda; her grandchildren, Brandy (Maurice), Marzina (Steven), Alexis, Brennan (Terinna), Kim (Carol), Raymond (Don'aa), Steven, Allen and Allante; and her great grandchildren, Aiesha, Tiara, Jasmine, Demetria, Lauren, Sydney, James and Brian (Shelly).
