He was predeceased by: his spouse Blaza Garcia; his parents, Conrado Garcia and Petra Garcia; and his siblings, Ruben Garcia, Soila Quintanilla, Maria Flores, Rosa G. Garcia and Maria L. Ruel.
He is survived by: his son Noe Garcia Jr. (Maria); his grandchildren, Tony Garcia, Sandra Garcia and Noe Garcia III (Mikki); his great grandchildren, Kristina Garcia, Gabriel Garcia, Sophia Garcia, Mia Garcia and Nora Garcia; and his siblings, Heriberto "Eddie" Garcia and Gloria Valdez Contreras. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
