She is survived by: her husband James Vaughn Sr.; her son James Vaughn Jr. (Jodi); her siblings, Kathleen and Robert Fagan; her grandchildren, Casey Vaughn, Jaime Vaughn and Laila Vaughn; and her cousins, Amy Kiedrowski and Dawn Weaver.
