She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fagan and Evelyn Fagan (Jones); and her son Michael Vaughn. She is survived by: her husband James Vaughn Sr.; her son James Vaughn Jr. (Jodi); her siblings, Kathleen and Robert Fagan; her grandchildren, Casey Vaughn, Jaime Vaughn and Laila Vaughn; and her cousins, Amy Kiedrowski and Dawn Weaver.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Borek Jennings Funeral Homes (7425 M-36, Brighton, MI 48139). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
