He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Gary (Stephanie Mazzella), Brian (Kendel Mazzella) and Kevin (Gina Mazzella); his grandchildren, Megan Mazzella (Chandan Prasad), Brandi (Michael Ameye), Molly Mazzella, Nicholas (Angela Mazzella), Sydney Mazzella and Colin Mazzella; and his great grandchild Arthur Mazzella-Prasad.
