He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stone and Beverly Sue Ballard Stone; and his brother Eldon'Squeak" Stone (Jenny Jo Boltehouse). He is survived by: his wife Cyndi Howard; his children, Thomas Stone of Jacksonville, Jennifer Howland of Springfield, Beverly Stone of Petersburg and Eileen Green (Kenny) of Greenview; his grandchildren, Jebediah Gage Miller of Perry, Mya Coultas of Springfield and Asher Green of Greenview; his great grandchildren, Jebediah Gene Miller and Elza Jane Miller; his siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Stone (Pam) of Jerseyville, Weldon "Chief" Stone (Pam) of Beardstown, Karen "Sissy" Pilkington of Chester and Lila "Toots" Bratsch of Jacksonville; and his close friends, Betty and Fred Still of Jacksonville.
Memorials are suggested to Manchester Cemetery.
