She is survived by: her husband James Juracek; her children, Ryan Juracek (Jessica) and Lexie Calmeyn (Vincent); her father Dennis George; her brother Randy George (Kerry); her mother-in-law JoAnn Orr; and her brothers-in-law, David Jackson (Julie) and Mark Misko (Laura). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
