He is survived by: his wife Patrice Schrems; his children, Laura AmRheim (John), Peter Culbertson (Debbi), Mary Ellen Merglewski (Stephen), Tim Culbertson and Daniel Culbertson (Abby); and his grandchildren, Katrina, Cassidy, Schuyler, Tommy, Julianna, Abby, Brooklynn, Jameson and Olivia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
