It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Donald Pendell formerly of Detroit, Michigan, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, who passed away on August 28, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife June Hathaway Pendell; his parents, William Donald Pendell, Sr. and Alice Pendell (Bannert); and his dear bother Emory Dean. He is survived by: his children, Karla Tracey (David) and Christopher Pendell; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Gaster (Russell), Christopher Tracey (Kristina), Noelle Collingwood (Josh), Benjamin, Aaron (Zoe), Andrew (Abby), Daniel Tracey (Ashlyn) and Max Pendell. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
