He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bell and Elsie; and his daughter Karen Bell. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Roberts (Bob Buczko), Kathleen Morford (Robert) and William Jr. Bell (Jane); his grandchildren, Breanna Karolak (Derick), Brittany Morford, Justyn Misiak, Logan Misiak, Marissa Morford and Liliana Jane Bell; and his great grandchildren, Ava Rose Cheatham and Riley Nicole Karolak.
