She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frederic Tuke and Margaret Jean Tuke; and her brother Graham Tuke (Karin Tuke). She is survived by: her husband Samuel Bono, Jr.; her children, Christopher Panich (Holly), Elizabeth Panich (Nick Maiella), Patricia Bono (Derek Tobias), Mike Bono (Vicki), Jim Bono (Char), Jon Bono (Del) and Krysti Johnson (Danny); her sister Laurie Forillo; her nieces, Megan Forillo, Sarah Forillo and Madison Rose Tuke; her great grandchild Skyler Pfromm; her grandchildren, CJ Panich, Kennedi Carpenter, Kaden Carpenter, Niko Maiella, Isabella Tobias, Samantha Bono, Tony Bono, Nick Bono, Andi Childers, Joey Bono, Holly Bono, Jake Bono, Josh Bono, Jonathan Bono, Amy Bono, Christina Kurzatkowski (Dennis) and Trevor Johnson; and her former husband Jerome Panich.
