Brian Frederick Baumgart Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brian Frederick Baumgart of Dewitt, Michigan, who passed away on January 28, 2026 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Brian may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brian touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Millimon "Bud" Baumgart and Hilda Baumgart. He is survived by: his wife Eva Baumgart (Guenther); his brother Barry Baumgart (Carolyn); his children, Bridget Storey (Brennan) and Brandon Baumgart; and his grandson Lincoln.
