He is survived by: his daughters, Sherri Moyer (John), Debbie Jenkins (Mike), Patty Leonard (Butch), Kari Roy (Dan) and Amy Lusty; his grandchildren, Stacey Olivier (Brent), Jessica Lowe (Simeon), John Moyer (Allison), Justin Madar (Ashlynn), Ami Leonard, Corey Leonard (Megan), Lucas Roy, Karly Roy and Lauren Jenkins; his great grandchildren, Logan, Landon, Sophia, Adelynn, Henrik, Graham, Hayden, Finley, Shiloh, Alanzo, Anna, Mikeiah, Danika and Remi; and his in-laws, Lu Lusty and John Thomas (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
