He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Pfeiffer and Tunie Pfeiffer; and his brother Fred Pfeiffer. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Pete Pfeiffer (Cindy) and Holly Mowery (Hank); and his grandchildren, Myles, Cameron, Jack, Trey and Elyse.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gorsline - Runciman Funeral Home (205 E Washington St, DeWitt, MI 48820). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Ft Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in David's memory be made to St. Ann's Home or Emmanuel Hospice, both in Grand Rapids, MI.
