She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Welsh; her parents, Anona Beebe (Maude) and Orpha Mae Short; her siblings, Vivian Aikens, Mike Beebe (Patricia) and Bonnie Lou Williams (Richard); her daughter-in-law Anita Welsh; and her grandchildren, Joshua Welsh and Carol Anne Heinz.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Stringer, Deborah Apostol (Patrick), Mary Beth Bawarshi (Hani), Sally Boyer (Frank), Richard Welsh (Deede), Nancy Heinz (James), Thomas Welsh and Kevin Welsh; and her sibling's children, Wendy Williams (Dan), Nona Beebe, Cindy Duryee, Bruce Beebe, Brent Beebe and Brent Williams (Cheryl). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren with one on-the-way, 6 great-great grandchildren.
