She was predeceased by: her parents, Blake O. Fisher and Grace Margret Fisher (Kramer); and her sister Mary Jane Sober (Richard). She is survived by: her husband David Lee Cook; her children, Lee Cook (Judy), Paul Cook (Janet) and Brenda Grace; and her brothers, Lary Smith (Leanne) and Blake Fisher (Linda). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
