He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Holloway and Roberta Holloway; and his sister Lana. He is survived by: his wife Jill Carpenter; his children, Trevor Holloway (Suzanne), Ian Holloway, Robert Carpenter and Nicole Babcock (Jeff); his grandchildren, Dylan, Gabriella, Gavin, Chance, Olivia, Payton, Aubrey and Tony; and his siblings, Vicky, Todd and Tracy.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital in his honor.
