He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kelsey and Ada Sprauge; his stepfather Nelson Davis; his son Dave Randolph; his son-in-law Bob Tiska; and his siblings, Bobbie Bacon, Alfred Kelsey, Richard Kelsey and Fred Kelsey.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Kelsey; his children, Mike Kelsey (Arianna) of Fort Mill, SC, Julie Randolph of Two Rivers, WI, Cindy Strelow (John) of Lake, MI, Robin Castle (Dan) of Dewitt, MI, Deborah Tiska of Oxford, MI, Matt Kelsey (Sharon) of Tustin, MI and Ada Aungst (Joe) of St. Johns, MI; his sisters, Betty Hartman and Marjorie Spencer; his daughter-in-law Sandie Randolph; and his siblings-in-law, Al Bacon, Kay Kelsey and Alberta Kelsey.
