She is survived by: her sons, Troy Newcombe (Jill) and Rick Newcombe (Kate); her grandchildren, Ryleigh VandenBroeke (Reed) and Jameson Newcombe (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Gemma VandenBroeke and Charlie VandenBroeke; her brother Ronald Kindel (Debbie); and her nephews, Ben and Alex.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations in Pat's honor be directed to the Spina Bifida Association or Woodview Church of Nazarene (please find links below).
