He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Deines and Olinda Deines (Leikam) of DeWitt, Michigan.; and his sister Debra Lynn. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Deines (Barbara) of Greenville and Cynthia Blossey (David) of Gowen, Michigan.; his nieces and nephews, Dr. Gregory Deines (Karen), Geoffrey Deines (Nicole), Andrew Deines (Erica), Christopher Deines (Danielle), James Patrick Deines (Leslie), John Blossey (Nicole), Jennifer Blossey and Jane Blossey-Forystek (Patrick); and his aunt Ardis Roh of Omaha.
