He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Powell; his children, Terrance Powell II (Lisa), Carrie Miller (Dan), David Powell (Breanna) and Doris Miller (Justin); his grandchildren, Mikaela Vines (Drew Stohon), Quentin Miller (Cameryn Clark), Colton Powell (Callahan Morley), Olivia Powell (Max Woodcock), Dillon Powell (Taylor Wineland), Eralyn Miller, Maks Miller, Bailey Powell and Carter Powell; and his great grandchildren, Rylie Vines and Kyla Powell-Fulton.
