We announce the death of Vern Lee Klassen of Dewitt, Michigan, who passed away on June 7, 2026, at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Klassen and Ella Mae Klassen (Foote); and his siblings, Frank, Fred, Aaron Klassen and Avis Blowers.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Klassen; his children, Heather, Seth Seger, Haley, Joseph Otori and Andrew Klassen; his grandchildren, Evangeline, Fletcher Seger, Joy and Grace Otori; his brothers, Toby (JoAnne Klassen), Gary Klassen and Paul (Beth Klassen); his mother-in-law Kay Bailer; and his brother-in-law Troy Bailer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
