He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Rogers and Edna Rogers; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ellsworth; his sons, Jason (Harmony), Todd and Andy; his grandchildren, Rowan and Oliver; and his sisters, Nancy Allen and Linda Hawkins (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
