Carolyn Ann leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carolyn Ann’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Carolyn Ann will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Ann Ellingson and Catherine Johnson (Ellingson); her grandchildren, Maya and Wesley Johnson; her son-in-law Matthew Johnson; her husband John David Ellingson; her grandson Benny Wenlong Lay; and her parents, George Gregory and Lucille Gregory.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be gathered for the organization National Alliance on Mental Illness (https://namiwc.org) (NAMI Washtenaw County).
