He was predeceased by: his parents, William K. Whitaker Sr. and Lynn (Graves). He is survived by: his wife Susan (Imhof) of Dexter; his children, Andrew (Madison) of Charlotte, NC, Daniel (Kori) of Aurora, CO and Carolyn DeWine (Tyler) of Saline; and his brothers, William Jr. (Patricia) and Pat Reeve (Don). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to the Cardiovascular Research Foundation.
