Mary June Zabinsky Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Mary June Zabinsky (Dexter, Michigan) is shared. Mary June, born on April 18, 1937, passed away on October 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward Glannan and Dorothy Marie Glannan (Diederich); her close friends, Gladwyn Emmons and Joseph Zabinsky; her husband Donald Romine of Whitmore Lake, Michigan.; her daughter Jennifer Romine; and her siblings, John Glannan and Patricia Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Donald Romine (Kristie) of Dexter, Janice Jones (Kevin Griffin) of Ann Arbor, Julie McDonald (Michael) of Pinckney, Michael Romine of Dexter and Matthew Romine (Krisden) of Dexter; Colleen Almas of Port Richey, Florida.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Village Church (3430 Dover St, Dexter, MI 48130). A committal service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St Joseph Cemetery (2528 Baker Rd, Dexter, MI 48130).
