She was predeceased by: her husband Gary; and her parents, Jim Chase and Marion Chase. She is survived by: her daughter Tamara Smith; her grandchildren, Kaylea Goerge-Flowers (Danielle) and Aaron Piercefield; her great grandchildren, Mason, Zayla and Dakota; her brother Douglas Chase (Kevin); her close friends, Daryl and Jamie Chappell; her final dance partner Daniel "Danny" Bashore; and her sister Brenda (Shawn). She is also survived by her three nieces; and many dear friends.
