She is survived by : her sons, Octavio Omar Hernandez III (Jennifer) and Roberto Antonio Hernandez; her friends, Bill and Jan Butler; her husband Octavio Hernandez; her son Rob (Angela); her grandchildren, Emmalee, Octavio Alex IV (Emily), Zachary, Erika, Mia, Emiliano and Carina; her great grandchild Ivy Kay; her siblings, Jesus "Chuey" Maldonado (Ernestina) and Gloria Robledo (Joe); and also, Octavio and Dimondale.
