She is survived by: her husband Joel Church; her daughter Tischa Church (Jeff Duke); her sisters, Sheryl Rich and Penny Gamet (Vaughn); her grandchildren, Kennedy Wright, Gavin Church, Logann Stiffler and Alexia Church; and her great grandchildren, Xavier Deyoe and Kourtney Deyoe. She is also survived by her family, friends.
