He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Nicholas and Lorna Nicholas (Smith); and his brother Duane Warner. He is survived by: his wife Susan Warner; his children, Roger Wayne Warner, Mark Warner (Kathy), Dennis Warner (Pat), Kris Clark and Jeff DeBoer; his grandchildren, Lauri, Heather (Mike), Zachary, Nathan (Dani), Owen (Hailee), Emily (Noah) and Chris; and his sisters, Lee Ettinger (Scott), Paula Phelps (Randy) and Judy Warner. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews.
