He was predeceased by: his sister Pam. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Potter; his children, David Potter Jr., Paul Potter and Laura Griffin; his grandchildren, Hayden, Blake, Reece, Allysen and Aliyah; and his siblings, Linda, Peggy, John Jr. and Kenny. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
In memory of David and in lieu of any flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Michigan Veteran Homes at Grand Rapids.
