He is survived by: his wife Christy Garcia (Thompson); his siblings, Elma Reyna (Raul), Gloria Gamez (Victor), Flora Sierra-Linares (Benjamin), Sylvia Grover (Don) and Samuel Medina; his siblings-in-law, Laurie Zeeryp (Bryan), Tracy Bivins (Mark), Carrie Bush (Ron) and Rick Thompson (Lisa); his mother-in-law Stephanie Thompson; and his children, Gabriel Garcia Jr. and Tiannah Garcia (Madi). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, godkids, and many friends.
In honor of Gabe and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any cancer research center.
