Genevieve Annetta Vander Weele Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Genevieve Annetta Vander Weele of Dorr, Michigan, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Robert VanderWeele; her parents, Edward Dyke and Wilmina Van Dyke (Rozeveld); her siblings, Thomas, Sam, Everard, Laura, Henrietta, Eva and Christine; her son-in-law Christopher Sorrentino; and her great great grandchild Kayde.

She is survived by : her daughters, Judy Moshier and Cindy Cooper (Dave); her grandchildren, Chad Hindley (Christine), Cary Hindley (Jenn Wilson), Keli Deckard (Ervin), Autumn Abraham (Brian), Andrea Davidson (Brian) and Alecia Hanson (Kyle); her great grandchildren, Jennifer, Tyler, Katie, Zach, Allyson, Madelyn, Mason, Max, Evalyn, Olivia and Owen; and her great great grandchildren, Aydren, Jayce, Brayden and Daisy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
