She was predeceased by: her husband Larry; her daughter-in-law Teresa DeVries; her granddaughter Tabitha DeVries; her sister Judy Williams; her siblings-in-law, Keith DeVries, Karen Klawiter and John Stene; and her niece Candace Williams.
She is survived by: her sons, Todd DeVries (Deb), Jeff DeVries, Greg DeVries (Melanie) and Dan DeVries; her grandchildren, Dillon DeVries, Katie Ackerman (Kyle), Jaret DeVries (Anaka), Sara Prusinski (Nick), Nic DeVries, Brittany Cummings (Brent), Elisa Olson (Eli), Stephanie Russell (Josh), Emily Lopez (Manny), Allan DeVries (Mary), Hannah DeVries and Abigail Anderson (Brady); her siblings, Betty VanderKodde (Jerry), Bonnie Stene, Joe DeKraker (Jane) and Bart DeKraker (Kathy); her siblings-in-law, Greg Williams, Cheryl Pendergrass (Bob Valdez), Sandra Rose (Dean), Debra DeVries and Walter Klawiter (Marsi); and her friend Pete Haverkamp (Kristal). She is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bethany United Reformed Church (5401 Byron Center Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49519). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
