With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard David Cornelisse of Dorr, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Richard left this world on October 11, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Trijntje "Theresa" Cornelisse; his children, Rick (Carrie) and Becky (Matt); his grandchildren, Harper, Natalie, Brody, Emery and Paxton; and his siblings, Linda, Cheryl, Karen and Tom.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Home (4330 18th St, Dorr, MI 49323).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Versiti Blood Center of Michigan in honor of Ric.
