She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Richardson and Roxie Richardson (Shepherd); and her husband Jack Toney. She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Howard (Ruby), William "Don" Howard and Rovillie "Frances" Goins. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 14 great, great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clark Chapel (405 Center St, Dowagiac, MI 49047). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
