He is survived by: his wife Mersadies Prentice; his sons, Ashton Prentice, Dawson Prentice and Hudson Prentice; his parents, Leslie Prentice and Jennifer Prentice; his brother Dylan Prentice (Sierra Jedlowski); his parents-in-law, Jacob II and Shauna Thar; his siblings-in-law, Jon Thar, Tony Thar (Becca) and Autumn Thar; his grandparents, Denise Wolverton, Jacob, Marybeth Thar and Sheila Rigdon; his sibling's children, Lucy, Paisley, Taylor, Olivia, Ben, Logan, Mattix, Jasper and Landon; and his aunts and uncles, Jamey Prentice, William Wolverton, Nina Prentice and Angel Prentice.
