He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, George Blackmond and Catherine Gregory Neff; his stepfather Dr. Robert Neff; his grandparents, Don and Nell Gregory; his children, Catherine "Cathy" Blackmond and Don Gregory Blackmond (Marla); and his grandchildren, Spencer Blackmond, Olivia Blackmond, Claire Blackmond, Emily Blackmond, Mehlo Ermeti and Shayia Ermeti.
